Getting your order emails out of spam

Last updated July 20, 2026

Order confirmations and sign-in links for your wholesale account are sent from info@effizient.io, and they show up in your inbox under your coffee supplier’s name. If they are landing in spam or junk, or not arriving at all, here is how to fix it in a couple of minutes.

What to allow
Sender address info@effizient.io
Sender domain effizient.io

Safe to allow. This mail is fully authenticated (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all pass), so allowlisting it will not let spoofed or forged mail through.

Do this first: add info@effizient.io to your contacts

Almost every email app skips spam filtering for people already in your address book. This one step alone fixes most cases. Then follow the section for your email provider below.

Then find your email provider

Outlook and Microsoft

  1. Open your Junk Email folder, select the message from info@effizient.io, and choose Not junk.
  2. Add us as a safe sender: Settings (gear) → Mail → Junk email → Safe senders and domains → Add, enter effizient.io, then Save.

Desktop Outlook (Windows app): select the message, then use Home → Junk → Never Block Sender.

If nothing from us ever arrives, not even in Junk, it is likely being blocked before it reaches you. See For IT and email admins below.

Gmail

  1. Open the Spam folder, select the message, and click Not spam.
  2. Open the message, click the sender’s name, and add them to your contacts.
  3. Most reliable: create a filter. In the search bar open Show search options, put info@effizient.io in the From field, click Create filter, tick Never send it to Spam, then Create filter.

Yahoo and AOL

  1. Open the Spam folder, select the message, and click Not Spam. Future messages from us go to your inbox.
  2. Add info@effizient.io to your Contacts.

Apple and iCloud

  1. In the Junk folder, select the message and click Not Junk (on a Mac, use Message → Mark as Not Junk Mail), or drag it to your Inbox.
  2. Add info@effizient.io to Contacts. Senders in your Contacts skip the Junk folder.

Heads up

On managed Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts, mail can be quarantined or rejected at the company level, so no setting a single person changes will help. An administrator needs to allowlist info@effizient.io once for everyone.

Microsoft 365 (Defender)

  1. Go to security.microsoft.com → Email & collaboration → Policies & rules → Threat policies → Tenant Allow/Block Lists (direct link: security.microsoft.com/tenantAllowBlockList).
  2. On the Domains & addresses tab, select Add, then Allow, enter effizient.io, and Add. Entries take effect within about 5 minutes.
  3. Release anything already held: go to Email & collaboration → Review → Quarantine, find messages from info@effizient.io, Release them, and choose Allow sender.
  4. Still blocked? Add an Exchange mail flow rule that sets SCL to -1 (bypass spam filtering) for senders from effizient.io.

Google Workspace (Admin console)

  1. Go to admin.google.com → Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail → Spam, Phishing and Malware.
  2. Under Approved senders, add a list containing info@effizient.io (or effizient.io) so their mail bypasses the spam filter, then Save.

Our mail passes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, so allowlisting info@effizient.io is safe and will not open a door to spoofed mail.
